Shaping the Narrative of Workplace Wellness
Join the marketing team driving Liya.Ai™ and KOACH BOX, at the intersection of HR-Tech and Emotional Wellbeing. You will be instrumental in building the social media presence and brand voice for India's first Hybrid Employee Assistance Platform (Liya.Ai™) and its complementary physical toolkit brand (KOACH BOX). Your work will directly impact how HR Leaders and employees perceive our cutting-edge approach to mental health and resilience.
What You'll Own
Dual-Brand Content & Engagement
This is a high-autonomy role where you will be hands-on in creating and scheduling content across major social platforms, ensuring both brands maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional presence.
Content Creation (70%):
Design and produce compelling, platform-specific content (graphics, short videos, carousels, articles) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially X (Twitter).
Develop content that translates complex topics—like the Hybrid EAP model (Liya.Ai) and the science behind self-coaching cards (KOACH BOX)—into easily digestible and engaging visual and written formats.
Work with the leadership team to repurpose existing thought leadership and blog content into social media assets.
Branding & Consistency (15%):
Ensure all visual and written content strictly adheres to the unique brand guidelines and tone of voice for both Liya.Ai™ (professional, data-driven, B2B) and KOACH BOX (empathetic, affirming, B2C/wellbeing).
Maintain a visually appealing and cohesive look across all social channels.
Scheduling & Engagement (15%):
Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform schedulers.
Monitor social channels, engage with comments/messages in the brand voice, and identify key trends and conversations relevant to HR, employee wellness, and mental health.
Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, impressions, follower growth) and report on content success weekly.

Who You Are?
Content Flair: A proven ability (through a portfolio, personal accounts, or previous work) to create visually appealing and effective social media content using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design suites.
Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of the best practices and content formats for LinkedIn (critical for B2B) and Instagram.
Writing Skills: Strong, concise writing ability with excellent attention to grammar and the ability to adapt tone for professional vs. personal wellness audiences.
Proactive & Organized: Highly organized and capable of managing a content calendar across multiple brands and platforms with minimal supervision.
Bonus Points: Experience with short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts) or basic photography skills.
Mission-Alignment: A genuine interest in mental health, corporate wellness, or the future of work.
Duration: 3-6 Months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
