Join Liya.Ai™ to be the engine of our B2B growth. Your mission is to directly tackle the problem of poor workplace mental health by securing qualified discovery meetings with People Leaders at mid-to-large-sized corporations across India. You will be pairing our innovative Hybrid EAP (Liya.Ai™) with the physical toolkit KOACH BOX.

What You'll Own

Building the Sales Engine

This is an entrepreneurial, performance-driven role focused squarely on outbound execution and pipeline building.

  • Target Account Strategy: Be the primary owner of the target account list. Conduct deep research on prospective companies (HR Heads, CHROs, Founders) to understand their specific needs, EAP usage rates, and budgetary cycles.

  • Strategic Outbound Execution: Design and deploy highly personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (primarily LinkedIn Social Selling and targeted email) to convert cold leads into booked, qualified discovery meetings.

  • Messaging Refinement (Sales Focus): Work closely with the Founder to leverage and test core value propositions. Your content creation is solely focused on high-impact, short-form messaging for outreach sequences—not general brand content (that is the Intern's role).

  • Qualification & Handover: Conduct initial qualification calls to assess fit and pain points (BANT criteria). Seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to the Founder for deep-dive product demonstrations and negotiation.

Process Ownership: Implement, maintain, and optimize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and outreach tools to ensure data accuracy and scalable lead generation processes.

Who You Are?

Experience: 1–2 years in a Business Development, Sales Development (SDR/BDR), or similar outbound client-facing role, ideally within B2B.

  • Execution Drive: Highly motivated, comfortable operating with autonomy, and possess the resilience necessary for high-volume outbound activity. You view 'no' as a necessary step towards 'yes.'

  • Strategic Communicator: An exceptional writer who can distill complex HR-Tech value into concise, persuasive, and professional outreach messages for senior executives.

  • Analytical & Organized: Capable of managing a sales pipeline, conducting detailed account research, and strictly maintaining CRM hygiene.

  • Mission-Alignment: A genuine passion for organizational effectiveness and using strategic sales to drive business and human impact.
